- Abstract
- In article powers of officials in legislation sphere on safety of the citizens promoting criminal justice are considered. The author undertakes the analysis of the certificates making a basis of this legislation: the Criminally-remedial code of the Russian Federation and the Federal law “About the state protection of victims, witnesses and other participants of criminal legal proceedings”. A number of offers on perfection of last Law is made.
