- this article is devoted to analysis of Russian Constitutions normative infl uence on criminal law, on formulation and interpretation criminal laws prohibitions in sphere of elections and referendum. In this article on emphasizes importance of the role legal applicators in process of appraisal of the extent of public danger of offences against electoral rights.
