- Abstract
- this paper examines the philosophical foundations of the principles of co-operative identity, adopted by the International Co-operative Alliance. Traces the history of cooperation, including housing, in Russia. States about the uniqueness of cooperatives as organizations focused on social and just society. We claim the need for a unifi ed regulation of all types of cooperatives, including housing. Reviews current housing, housing construction, housing and savings cooperatives.
