- Abstract
- the article analyzes the current state of legal regulation of pardon to the convicts in the Russian Federation. The current regulatory and legal sources regulating this institution, are not without gaps. The subject of research is the problem dates of departure of which is used pardons to convicted persons, repayment pardon the material damage caused by the crime, pardon the perpetrators of an intentional crime during the probationary period for probation, which previously used a pardon, amnesty, parole from the sentence or replacement of a milder punishment, and criminal records, as well as the legality of the formalization of the circumstances of the deviation of pardon.
