- Abstract
- the author of article showed us how principles of punishment justice, of differentiation of the liability and the punishment system, the basis of criminal law institutions (for instance, offences stage and criminal agency theory) are violated by the badly grounded legislative novels in RF CC. Additionally the author appeals to the inconsistency formulations of norms about sex offences, bribery mediation, etc.
