Abstract
the article considers the concept of risk as legal phenomenon and the basic directions of a modern risk-management. The author analyses the concept of legal risk with reference to bank activity on the basis of the approaches of the Russian and foreign authors. Also the author investigates the possibility of the management by legal risk in modern conditions.
