- Abstract
- The article is dedicated to the study of legislative acts dedicated to the foundation in the Russian Federation of the first specialized court in the Russian judicial system – the Court for Intellectual Rights in the system of arbitration courts. Certain shortcomings and contradictions in the above said legislative acts are denoted and some ways of their eliminations are proposed.
