- Abstract
- The basic principles and criteria of the ratio of land legislation and legislation on cultural heritage sites on the regulation of the legal regime of land of historical and cultural destination. Analyzed the norm these branches of Russian law, specifying the principle of inter-sectoral approach in the legal regulation of land use and protection of historical and cultural and protection of land of historical and cultural destination and a default application of the legislation on cultural heritage and land legislation to regulate the legal regime of the land of historical and cultural destination. Offers on perfection of the general and special positions of the federal ground legislation are presented and given reason. The necessity of giving the Federal Ministry of culture of Russian Federation protection authority for the implementation of state land control of the land of historical and cultural destination
