Abstract

Article is devoted to the monograph “The constitution, the power and freedom in Russia. Experience of synthetic research” doctors of jurisprudence, professor B.S. Ebzeev. In article special vision by the author of the monograph of a unique domestic condition and prospects of development of the state of society and the personality is allocated. The specified institutes traditionally make a basis for comprehensive investigation of the constitutional legal relationship. The author of article noted the most topical questions raised in the monograph: detailed analysis of sources of modern democracy and constitutionalism; key questions of the power and freedom during the different periods of existence of Russia; unity and integrity of the Russian state as integrally complete freedom.
