Abstract
The article gives a critical analysis of the text Constitution of the Russian Federation and its applications. Argues that many of the provisions relating to the relevant Constitution are neither reality nor nationality. The author puts forward the thesis that the Constitution of Russian Federation of 1993 has not natural law, and legal-positivist nature.
