- the article is devoted to the topical problem of the refusal of recognition and enforcement of the decisions of the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the state courts. It deals with international legal grounds for such refusal. A specific case, in which the Russian state courts refused to recognize and enforce the decision of the International Commercial Arbitration Court, is analyzed
