- Abstract
- according to the author of article, millions citizens, proprietors of land shares, have illegally lost the earth under decisions of judges of arbitration instances. In article the conclusion that is proved at carrying out in Russia of an agrarian reform and earth privatization in collective farms and state farms if STATE FARMS were reorganized in Joint-Stock Company of the closed type till January, 1st, 1993 the land shares of workers of state farms couldn’t be transferred as constituent installments in an authorized capital stock of a created society as it contradicted, operating at that point in time, - the Constitution, the civil and land legislation, decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, and the essence of Land reform.
