Abstract
the work depicts the concept of state immunity in International Law. Absolute and functional state immunities. A swift rise of "trading” states participation in the international commerce and the correlated establishment of the concept of functional immunity of states, shows types of state immunities: diplomatic immunity; jurisdictional immunities; immunity from measures of constraint in connection with proceedings before a court; immunity of state property etc.
