- Abstract
- In the paper we investigate the issues relating to the institute of rights to things. Notes that this institute is well developed in the doctrine of private law, but not developed in public law. In the doctrine of a private law nature inappropriately regarded as an object of civil rights. Nature as a public good is the object of public rights. The concept is formulated to regulate relations regarding nature as a public good.
