- Abstract
- The survey contains reports of the participants of the conference took place in the Institute of State and Law RAS on July 17-18, 2012. The participants discussed the actual issues of the theory of law, connected with the problems of communicative interpretation of law, developing processes of globalization and informatization. The participants analyzed the doctrines formulated by such famous scientists as P.I. Novgorodtsev, E. Ehrlich, F. de Saussure, Ch. Perelman.
