- Abstract
- Article is devoted to a theoretical question which is in the definition of a place of rules of the insurance law in system of the national law of Republic Kazakhstan. Actuality of the article consists that for today there is opened a question on what legal formation are rules of the insurance law in Republic Kazakhstan. Throughout development of the theory of the insurance law, both in Soviet Union, and at a stage of development of the modern history of the law, scientists had different positions which have been carefully analysed and studied in given article.
