- Abstract
- Additions and amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation made by the Federal Law of March 4, 2013 № 23-FZ on the inspection of crime report before initiating a criminal case are viewed in this article. According to the new provisions introduced in Article 144 of the Code, the results of the proceedings conducted before initiation of criminal case count for evidence. Philosophical and procedural problems of the use of evidence in the system of criminal procedure proving are viewed.
