Abstract
State policy on the reformation of the process of the assignment of state and municipal services is conducted in several cities of Russia, which are called to in practice realize the idea of most comfortable and effective interaction of society and authority in the process of the assignment of the publicly significant services to population. Multifunctional centers protrude as the new tool of such an interaction. "Young" project less than in two years justified the expectations of its initiators. However, the formation of this institute - new for the Russian political system of the state is not yet completed and on many positions needs improvement.
