- Abstract
- 5 March 2010 year in Saint-Petersburg university Ministry of the internal affairs of Russian Federation take place yearly All-Russian science-practical conference, dedicated to the memory of doctor of juridical science, professor, Honoured Science Worker of Russian Federation V.D. Sorokin. Honour blessed memory eminent scientist of administrative law and theory of law in Saint-Petersburg arrived chief scientist from different science institutions and institutions of higher education of Russia. In the work of conference take part leaders and professorial staff chair of administrative law discipline from 23 institutions of higher education Ministry of the internal affairs of Russian Federation, that take part in past the day before educational methodical section of administrative law discipline C.O.K.R. Ministry of the internal affairs of Russian Federation, and also representatives of institutions of higher education from Saint-Petersburg and Russia, practical workers. In the process of exchanging opinions all speakers give high appreciation science heritage V.D. Sorokin to development of administrative and administrative process law and express personal opinions about possible ways of development science conceptions about notion and content administrative process and administrative process law, optimization administrative and administrative process legislation.
