- Abstract
- In the article there are researched problems ofnon-performance requirements of environmental legislation and the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Identified and investigated the legal characteristics of irresponsibility in this field. Named main subjects, not complying with the requirements of the Constitution and legislation. There are shown the scale of environmental and social consequences of the non-implementation of legislation.
