- Abstract
- article is devoted questions of a parity of categories of constitutionalism and problem of setting objectives. The constitutional crisis diagnosed today in Russia connected with an obvious divergence of constitutional norms with real political, social and economic processes in the country, is caused appreciably by that at the constitutional level system values and the purposes of the Russian state and a society practically aren't fi xed. Also includes the formulation of target and valuable installations of diffi cult social systems and prospect constitutional problem of setting objectives in Russia.
