- Abstract
- the present article is devoted to a comparative study of a legal institution of factoring in Russia and France. A genesis of a contemporary factoring and its distinctive features are briefl y considered. Russian and French bank and civil legislation, European Union acts as applied to France and international law instruments, as well as courts jurisprudence are explored. Main problems are disclosed, suggestions are made.
