- Abstract
- this article discusses the development of institution of change of persons in the obligation - from the impossibility of changing the subject of the obligation to spread of assignment and translation of debt. In addition, are explained some of the most controversial questions of assignment - about the possibility of assignment of recourse requirements, the meaning of the personality of creditor in the assignment, the prohibitions on the assignment.
