- Abstract
- In article analyses the reasons and goals of creating the Court for intellectual property rights in Russia, as well as challenges faced by this court and the legal basis for its activities. The author examines the legal novelties of a procedural nature, realized when creating the Court for intellectual property rights and also studies the limits of its competence, questions of delimitation of powers with other judicial bodies.
