- Abstract
- The article is devoted to legal regime of property and land of a peasant (individual) farm. The legislation of the Russian Federation and the peasant (individual) farm countries does not give a clear definition of a farm as a family form of agricultural business activity in regulating the rights of farm members on land and property of a farm. The author of the article analyses the key characteristics a farm property including personal property of a farm member and a joint property of farm members, the rights of farm members on land and fruits, products and incomes resulting from the farm activity. The norms of the Russian legislation are compared to corresponding legal regulations in the of a peasant (individual) farm countries. The results of the study allow the author to make suggestions for improving the existing legislation.
