- Abstract
- The article is concerned with the problems related to a definition of term "banking legal relationship" in a modern banking law science. The subject matter of the article are specific features of banking legal relationships, possibility to separate banking legal relationships into the class of its own. The article contains the analyses of approaches in respect of the term "legal relationship" which were formulated in a theory of Soviet and Russian law. The subject matter also includes a structure of banking legal relationship.
