- Abstract
- the article provides the concept and the peculiarities of police supervision, brings it into correlation with administrative supervision, and analyzes the institution of police supervision of persons with previous convictions according to the legislation of the member-countries of the European Union and the CIS. The authors come to a conclusion regarding the necessity of amending the Federal Law on Administrative Supervision of Persons Released from Confi nement Institutions.
