- Abstract
- The present article deals with a problem of legal alienation in Spinozas political philosophy. The Holland thinker doesnt use the term alienation itself in his works; nevertheless this principal problem takes a signifi cant place in his philosophical legacy. According to Spinozas thoughts, the surmounting of alienation is expressed in establishing of the democratic state, which is a real product of the social contract. The democracy essence is in taking the society back to its natural state; eon ipso legal norms come to correspondence with requirements of the natural law.
