- Abstract
- The article examines and critically assesses the latest anti-corruption rules on labour use of both acting and former public and municipal servants, as well as the liability issues for breach of statutory restrictions and special requirements. It is noted that incorrectness of some existing regulation impairs the quality of law enforcement matters. Some specifications and amendments to the anti-corruption provisions of the labour and other branches of the Russian law are proposed.
