- The article examines the causes and motives of the offences in the sphere of ethnic, racial, national, religious relations through the prism of the problems of tolerance; the concept of tolerance as an institute of civil society and the health and safety of modern society in the conditions of globalization and informatization; the attention of national and international law to the problems of tolerance.
