- Abstract
- The annual All-Russian scientific-practical conference devoted to the memory of Doctor of Law, Professor, Honoured Scientist of Russia V.D. Sorokin took place in St. PetersburgUniversity of the Interior of the Russian Federation on March 22, 2012. During the discussion, speakers noted the importance of the scientific heritage of V.D. Sorokin for the development of administrative and administrative procedural law in Russia, have expressed their own views on possible ways of developing scientific understanding of the concept and content of the administrative process and administrative law, improving the administrative, financial and administrative procedural legislature gave the modern legislation regulating the activities of the internal Affairs, its role in the reform of the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation a proper appreciation.
