Abstract
The article discusses the procedure for appealing the decisions and actions of offi cials in ensuring the safety of the criminal process. Considered the review of decisions that offi cials make in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure of Russia and the Federal Law "On state protection of victims, witnesses and other participants in criminal proceedings."
