- Abstract
- this article deals with the main concepts of privatization of real-estate objects of cultural heritage. The legal base of such kind of legal control objects as real-estate objects of cultural heritage was also determined. The new approach to a privatization matter in consideration of foreign experience is presented in this article. There was given the new concept "privatization of issues" (concerning privatization of real-estate objects of cultural heritage). This article considers property law regarding that kind of objects. This article is intended for scientists, experts and individuals, who want to become an owner of the real-estate objects of cultural heritage and also for all the persons interested in issues of protection and usage of such kind of objects.
