- Abstract
- The author presents the evolution of the views of local lawyers in the category of "legal activity", showing that from the formal definitions of its scientists, lawyers are moving to the definition of the nature and content of the legal activity, justifying its non-identity of law. Based on the analysis of current publications, the author concludes that the applicability of this approach to the investigation and the legal and liability, legal and judicial processes, etc.
