Abstract
A regular information law theoretical seminar on the theme "Information society: legal questions of social and democratic processes in conditions of information technologies use" was taken place in the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Reports was made by the head of the information law sector, doctor of law, professor I.L. Bachilo, professor of Sorbonne G. Chatillon, information lawyers from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, different regions of Russia.
