- Abstract
- The article is based on empirical data, which were obtained as a result of sociological research of office holders. The dynamism of the research is connected with the fact that the authors carried out the sociological questioning of judges about law forms (State and Law. 2007. № 4). The results of the researches can be compared and it helps to see the time changes in law awareness of office employees. Correlation according to the type of public service, age, length of service is available. It is established, that office employees while making up a decision are guided by law practice as a law (form) and are prone to grossly exaggerate its importance. They don't believe in case law in Russia. Information and organizational interaction between lawmaking process and law practical isn't quite efficient. Effective monitoring may become a good way of reinforcing the law impact of legislative practice on lawmaking.
