Abstract

In article the new approach to the decision remaining debatable within several decades in the scientiﬁc literature is stated to a problem of judicial counterreform of 70 – 80th of XIX century. The аuthor's suggests to consider judicial transformations of 70 – 80th XIX century as crisis of judicial system, i.e. a transition state from model of Judicial charters of 1864 to the legislation really adapted for the Russian political system and corresponding to the Russian mentality.
