- Abstract
- the article examines the criteria of social danger of careless crimes, provided by chapter 1 of article 109, article 263, parts 3 of article 250, 251, 252, 254, article 264 of the Russian Criminal Code. On the basis of comparison with other norms some conclusion are mode on the insuffi cient expression of the revealed criteria of the analyzed norms. There were also made some proposals for improving provisions and sanction of the specifi ed norms of the Russian Criminal Code.
