Abstract
this paper presents a scientifi c analysis of the new book of famous Russian lawyer, judge of the Constitutional Court, N.S. Bondar. According to the authors, this edition goes far beyond the industry perspective, makes a signifi cant contribution to the general theory of modern law is important pravoustanovitelnoe, enforcement and educational value. The phenomenon of judicial constitutionalism provides authenticity (reality) of the Constitution of the Russian Federation as an act of direct action, and its doctrinal interpretation leads to the recognition of the decisive importance of the constitutional justice for improvement (modernization) of the Russian legal system in the era of globalization.
