Abstract

In article arguments in favor of legislative regulation of possibility ofprivatization (the state registration of the property right) objects of underground construction, in particular, in megalopolises are adduced. The most effective development of underground space in the future will be possible only in the state union with business for which legalized possibility of registration of objects of underground construction in property becomes one ofpowerful arguments for economic and care with georesources of our planet.
