Abstract

In the article it is indicated that in the science and the legislation the concept of corruption is understood it is one-sidedly and reduced exclusively to the personal enrichment of ofﬁcial. It is asserted that corruption – not single-element, but system phenomenon. Protectionism is another important element of corruption.
