- Abstract
- This review contains statements participants of the roundtable, held September 3, 2009 on the basis of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region. Most attention has been given, especially the status and future directions of development of legislative policy in the Russian Federation. Discussed such issues as the scientifi c concept of legislative policy, the ratio of legislative policy at the federal and regional levels, goals, methods (means) and the priorities of the legislative policy of the Russian Federation, as a form of monitoring the implementation of legislative policy in federal states, comparative legal analysis of legislative policy regional level in Russia and abroad.
