- Abstract
- In article the analysis of various kinds of conflicts of interests of subjects is carried out, the motive role in development of the conflict and a role of the information legislation in the permission of conflict situations is defined. Necessity of working out of the concept of section of the substantive law devoted to maintenance of protection of a civil society from dangers of information antagonisms, within the limits of conducted preparation of the Information Code is proved.
