- Abstract
- This article is devoted to the analysis of the aspects of legislative practice of the Legislative Assembly of St.-Petersburg, in particular, modification and additions in the By-Law of St.-Petersburg, is discussed a duplication problem in constitutions (By-Laws) of subjects of the Russian Federation of positions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The interrelation of positions of the By-Law of St.-Petersburg with efficiency of activity of Authorized court of St.-Petersburg is established.
