- Abstract
- Тhe article shows how important is the development of a new composite study, the theory of legal acts. Modern jurisprudence only studies varieties of legal acts taken separately, it does not study them as something integrate. This, in its turn, is an obstacle in the way of legislative regulation of issues connected with lawmaking, with kinds of legal acts and their correlation, and with the problems of legal collisions. The authors regard such element of the theory of legal acts as notion of legal act, the system of legal acts, issues of juridical technique, peculiarities of interpretation acts, general and mixed acts.
