- Abstract
- in article the actual questions of the decision-making's legality on preliminary detention in a stage of the judicial session assignment are analyzed. The author pays attention to the problems arising at prolongation of term of the preliminary detention of the accused during the judicial proceedings in the court, at the criminal case transfer according to its jurisdiction level, at the returning of criminal case to the prosecutor and at the stay of court proceedings.
