- Abstract
- in the article the author overviews the questions of ensuring the reasonable term in a stage of appointment of judicial session. As the result of the research she comes to a conclusion that preliminary hearing is the effective form of judicial session on which, in order to avoid a procrastination in a proceeding stage, it is necessary to consider all vexed questions, concerning the further movement of criminal case.
