in the article the theoretical and practical problems of the lawful regulation of investments by means of their civil-lawful and fi nancial- lawful regulation are examined. It is systemically and consecutively opened: concept and the value of investments, is given fundamentally new treatment of their social signifi cance, their identifi cation as the object of lawful regulation, relationship of government control and self-regulation in the investment sphere, the transformation of these processes, including changes in a very government control, an increase in it in the specifi c weight of the lawful regulation of investments, evolution of sources of law, consequence of which is the integration of self-regulation and government control of investment processes and relations.
