- Abstract
- The article is devoted to the analysis of decisions about the compensation of moral damage, occasioned investigator, attorney and judge. The amount of compensation must take into consideration the long prosecution, gravity of the offence, kind and long of the restraint. On opinion of researcher judgments have not the correlation between marked factors and the amount of compensation.
