- Abstract
- In terms of criminal law the substance of necessary defense and other manifestations of lawful damnification, envisaged by rules of Chapter 8 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, shall come to appropriate situations (circumstance, condition, cause) which are defined by hypotheses of rules of Chapter 8 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation by means of specific features characterizing them. Position describing acts in rules of Chapter 8 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation shall be subjected to criticism. It is suggested that criminal and procedural criminal law should be amended by introducing provisions regulating lawful damnification.
